We won't consider the registration completed until the deposit is recieved. You will need to pay of the remanent of the total cost of your package at least trhyty one (31) days before the date of the workshop. The participant is responsible for making, obtaining and securing all travel arrangements to and from the Dominican Republic. Furthermore Kalalú-Danza acts only as an agent for the passenger in regard to ground transportation and/or all other related travel services as stated in the programm description and itinerary, and thus, assume no liability for injury, delay, irregularity, loss or damage to a person or property or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from: acts of nature, detention, weather, failure of any means of transportation to comply with schedules, quarentines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, government regulations related to customs, immigration, violations of law, or trade embargoes, discrepancies, and/or change in transit or living accommodations over which we have no control, whether it arises out of or is incident to the programm otherwise.

Reasonable changes in schedule or prices may be made at any time when deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the participants.

Kalalú-Danza cannot accept responsibility for the property of, personal illness of, or injuries to any programm participants during the program.

Kalalú-Danza reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain me as a program participant.

The deposit of US$ 300 is not refundable.

In case of cancellation made ate least thirty-one (31) days prior date of departure, total payments made minus the deposit of 300US$ will be refunded.

For cancellations between thirty (30) and eight (8) days before day of departure, 50% of the program fee will be retained by Kalalú-Danza.

For cancellation seven (7) days and less before day of departure, 100% of the program fee will be retained by Kalalú-Danza.
