Note that we can arrange extra workshops or new dates if there is demand from a group or at least 18 persons. Please email us your requests for preferred dates.

Also ask for our help,  at least two months in advance, to manage obtaining better air travel rates for groups. 

It includes:

• 20 workshop classes of dance and/or music, (Afro dance are accompanied live drummers, instruments are furnished for music classes).
• Airport transfer (for group arrival and departure)
• Accommodation: one week in Hotel Colonial or equivalent breakfast included), one week in Punta Garza Hotel or equivalent, all inclusive (meals, drinks, etc.)
• Welcome dinner
• Introductory lecture on Afro Dominican Culture
• 4 cultural activities and excursions (at least);
• Transportation to various scheduled activities;
• Information and preferential prices for cultural activities and ecotourism


It does not include:
 

• Medical and travel insurance
• Air transport to Santo Domingo. But we can manage obtaining better rates for groups, well in advance. 
• Visa, airport taxes, etc.
• Lunch and Dinner for the first week
• Anything not described in the previous item ("it includes")


Note: Prices are based on double occupancy. *Single occupancy can be arranged when available. You will have to pay a supplement.

(*) These prices are based on a minimum number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop and bookings if minimal participants number is not confirmed one month before. 

All booking advances will be reimbursed.
