Dan, All

I completely second Dan's preoccupation, i also need now is a practical
tool, for example a questionnaire or interview guide, that would give me
a not too costly, but good answer for a first level of
certification/accreditation, without having to pay for impact studies...
at this first stage..

If it does not exist we will have to create it

I have compiled the references I found, so far (but there are still more
to come),
in a web page :
http://funredes.org/yacine/kalalu/KAD/certif

Please, if some reference is missing, wrong or not accurate, just email
me.

And if you are willing to collaborate for CREATING our own tool, lets do
it...

Regards
Yacine
