Welcom= e to the Seminar on Strategic Use of Information and Communication Technologies for Environmental Institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean!

IT-Eco is bringing together Fulbright-LASPAU grantees who are pursing graduate degrees at U.S. universities through the Amazon Basin and Central American & Caribbean Fulbright Ecology Programs.

This site is the on-line extension of the seminar.

3D"Fulbright The United States Information Agency (USIA) developed and sponsors the two Fulbright-LASPAU programs participating in IT-Eco: The Amazon Basin Environment Program and the Central American & Caribbean Ecology Program. USIA is also sponsoring the IT-Eco Seminar.  
3D"LASPAU LASPAU, a Harvard-affiliated academic exchange organization, is charged with the design, implementation, and co-facilitating of the IT-Eco Seminar and the management of its on-line resources. LASPAU also helps administer the two Fulbright ecology programs whose students are participating in IT-Eco.
3D"KSG The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University is serving as host and co-facilitator of the IT-Eco Seminar.
