January 1998

There are several changes underway at the Eco Travels in Latin America website
- http://www.planeta.com

First of which is the updates will go from quarterly to monthly. The messages
will also be much shorter. If you do not want to be on this mailing list, let
me know and I will remove you asap.

Second, the site will become more dynamic. And you can offer your viewpoint,
more easily than ever, with the creation of the Ecotourism/Ecoturismo Message
Board (see below).

Third, we will be updating special projects such as the Responsible Coffee
Campaign (http://www2.planeta.com/mader/ecotravel/coffeeag/campaign.html) and
Americas' Cybercafes
(http://www2.planeta.com/mader/ecotravel/coffeeag/cybercafe.html) as well as
adding new sections such as focus pages on Peru and Ecuador.

This is your website (mi website es su website). Kudos to those authors who
have allowed me to post their articles online. If you have any suggestions on
making the site more traveler-friendly, let me know. And if you're visiting one
of the online sponsors, let them know your thoughts about this website.

Regards, Ron Mader
